sweet potato falafel

1 large baked sweet potato mashed together with 2 chopped spring onions (or any sort of onion), half a chopped red chilli and some olive oil and plain flour, seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and coriander (crushed seeds or fresh). spoon falafel-sized bits of the mix onto greased baking paper, bake in the oven (200℃) for 30 - 40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
